Nicht nur gute Kameras stellt Minolta her, sondern auch hervorragende Objektive. Aus diesem Grunde ließ Leica für das R-System das 70-210mm Zoom damals schon bei Minolta fertigen! Aus Minolta wurde Konica Minolta und inzwischen gibt es beide nicht mehr unter diesen Namen. Von Sony wurde die Fotosparte aufgekauft bzw. übernommen.
